Apply for DBE/ACDBE Certification

Need Help?

Welcome to the online certification system for the Utah Unified Certification Program (UUCP) - which includes SLCC Airports, UTA, and the UDOT Civil Rights Divisions.

DBE and ACDBE vendors are invited to complete the Utah Department of Transportation DBE/ACDBE Certification Application. Upon submission, the application will be routed to the appropriate UUCP agency for certification review.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Civil Rights Division by email at civilrights@utah.gov.

Please visit UDOT Civil Rights for more information on DBE Program, including the DBE Policies and Procedures, information on doing business with UDOT, and upcoming events and contracting opportunities.

You may already have an account due to working relationships with other agencies. Therefore, prior to creating a new account, it is always best to Lookup Account to ensure you are not currently in the system.
